About the event
Join High Yoga at The Frass Box the first Sunday of the month all spring at 8:30 am. Our yoga class is fit for all levels 21+ with id at the door. Beginners of both cannabis and yoga are welcome with open arms. We encourage you to come with an open mind and ready to have a good time. Yoga mats and blocks are provided for everyone but please feel free to bring your own. This is a hatha style yoga class focusing on grounding ourselves in the moment and a full body stretch.
