Join HYN at Alta on December 12th at 9 AM at the first women owned dispo in Nolita.
Class will dive into the power of connecting breath and movement to take our consumption to new highs.
This all levels elevated yoga class is fit for everyone 21+ with yoga blocks and mats included. Come hangout, enjoy a gentle stretch and even some light refreshments provided by Alta.
